We spent ten days at Villa Happy Gator and felt very comfortable! The house is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need (e.g., even for a day at the beach). We especially liked the pool and the pool deck. The location in Venice is also great. By car, you can reach the beach, the park, or one of the many shops in no more than 10 minutes. We highly recommend Villa Happy Gator and will definitely be back!

we very much enjoyed our stay in our cottage for 3 nights. we had our grand kids with us. very clean and nice cottage. it was a great location being only a few minutes from the town of Annapolis and we also did whale watching one day as well. the pool was nice as well.
