Wir lieben Florida seit über 30 Jahren, haben in Cape Coral fast so etwas wie ein zweites Zuhause gefunden. Die Villa Mariah belegt unter allen Häusern, die wir kennengelernt haben, einen Spitzenplatz. Es ist ein liebevoll eingerichtetes und sehr gepflegtes Haus, es ist alles da, was man braucht und ein bisschen mehr. Man merkt, dass es kein reines Ferienhaus ist, sondern, dass da jemand seinen Traum erfüllt hat. Alles ist an seinem Platz, vor allen Dingen in der Küche. Die Lage ist top, sehr ruhig, obwohl der Cape Coral Parkway nicht weit weg ist. Inklusive war ein traumhafter Blick auf den See mit Südlage. Trotzdem bietet die Terrasse genügend Schattenplätze, wenn man will. Die Betreuung durch Sven und seine Leute sowie den Poolservice war super, alle deutschsprachig oder schwäbisch ;-)

We spent ten days at Villa Happy Gator and felt very comfortable! The house is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need (e.g., even for a day at the beach). We especially liked the pool and the pool deck. The location in Venice is also great. By car, you can reach the beach, the park, or one of the many shops in no more than 10 minutes. We highly recommend Villa Happy Gator and will definitely be back!

We had an outstanding stay at the villa Skyfall. Location was perfect, close to the harbour, bars, restaurants, grocery. The house and its facilities were outstanding. We rented a boat which was delivered right after our arrival. Access to the river is very quick from this villa. The whole VRCC team, with a special mention for Hayley, was helpful throughout all the booking and rental process. I can recommend VRCC services for a relaxed and pleasant stay in Cape Coral. They were quick to reply and very helpful every time we needed support.
