Ferienwohnungen für den Urlaub am Strand in La Spezia & Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt, sie liegt günsgtig, man benötigt kein Auto. Sonnenschirm für Balkon, Wäscheständer etc. vorhanden. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Umgebung (Fußweg 3 min) 2 kleine Läden, in denen man alles bekommt, was man benötigt, zusätzlich leckere Kuchen und frische Pasta. Auch Resaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist auch in der Nähe (8 min Fußweg). Bahnstation circa 8 min. Mit dem Zug kann man problemlos und relativ kostengünstig die Umgebung erkunden. Vermieterin sehr nett, gibt gute Tipps für Ausflüge/Einkäufe etc. Strand auch in 6 min erreichbar. Strand an sich sehr schön, leider eine schreckliche Bauruine als Strandpromenade. Ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen.

The room is great! Nice and spacious, and everything you need is included (for showering, a kitchenette with cutlery, dishes, a coffee machine, kettle, coffee, tea, water, a dishwasher, and more). The bed is a bit hard for me, but I slept well. A nice feature if you book both rooms is that there's a connecting door. It's not insulated, so if both rooms are occupied, it can be a bit noisy. The shower is very nice. The location is easy to find. Contact with the landlord is done online. Parking is available. We arrived at a busy time and had to drive around a few times before finding a spot. A supermarket, steakhouse, and pizzeria (we unfortunately missed them because they were closed for the holidays) are nearby. Switch Holiday 312 is a highly recommended place to stay if you're in La Spezia!
