Landhaus Les Olives
This was an amazing place in Milazzo overseeing the water. The staff was very friendly even though I spoke no Italian. The food was phenomenal. I was able to get a table at 19:30 (earliest option) since I am an early eater. Their homemade bread was a delight. They also have a fabulous grappa collection. The 40-month aged parmagiano in calamari was a life-altering gastronomical experience. Highly recommend!
Ferienhaus Borgo al Costa VI
We've been to the Castello Rosso complex several times. We'll be back in a few days. Anyone familiar with the ruins from which this complex emerged knows what the Hornek family has created here. The complex is a small oasis. The pool is large enough for a proper swim. The lovingly maintained complex is a blend of past and present. This makes it a gem.
