5/5 Dear, "Luk2020 S." Tatiana and Sergei, you booked and paid for an apartment 2+2 for two people. That's right, the apartment is for two, three or four people, which of course depends on the price. You were the only ones transferred. The apartment's house rules state that no one else can stay in the apartment. You insidiously wanted to bring a "friend" who we did not allow you to, even though he was persistent in entering private property. Your friend did not have any documents, neither an ID card nor a passport. For the safety of our other guests, we could not accommodate your request. Our apartments are not registered as a brothel or swinger club, so I am sorry that we could not accommodate your preferences.
