My wife and I spent seven days at Barbara Anzenhofer's country house. The view from the balcony of the Ahorn apartment is simply breathtaking. The only thing you can hear is the bells of the Allgäu cows – no street noise, nothing. The clean apartment has everything you need. The house has a large sauna, which guests can use twice free of charge. There's also a room off the hallway where you can store your hiking boots or clean them if necessary. Bowls, blankets, and a towel are also available for your four-legged friend's "first aid" needs. You'll also find a small selection of drinks and cheese there. Mrs. Anzenhofer is an extremely friendly and helpful hostess; her attention to detail and her homeland is evident throughout the house. The homemade cake we were offered after one of our hikes was delicious. Upon arrival, you'll also find a booklet with many hiking suggestions and excursion destinations. She offers a bread roll delivery service, which we took advantage of for the first time in a vacation apartment. There are many lovely details. We are sure that we will come back.

We felt very comfortable; the apartment was well-equipped and we didn't lack anything. The view was fantastic. I highly recommend the bread roll service. Our dog was also allowed to come along. The owner is very friendly and gave us a very warm welcome. We will definitely come back and would happily recommend it.
