Bed and breakfast doesn't quite describe it; it's more like accommodation. There's no breakfast included. The accommodation is simple but very clean, and the common room is very nice. The room had air conditioning. It's basically got everything you need for a good stay. The accommodation is in the middle of town, and there's a really nice wine bar right downstairs, so it's a great place to rest at the evenings. ? I was quite impressed; I really enjoyed my stay. And the people I met here were very friendly too. So, I can really recommend it.

Really great location - awesome pool! very well situated to go visit places around Umbria and Toscany. make use of the cooking events by Franco, they are really worth it!
