Ferienhäuser mit Luxus auf den Balearen

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war rundum perfekt! Schon im Vorfeld war der Kontakt mit den Inhabern äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert, sodass die Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos verliefen. Das Haus selbst ist geräumig, sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet, man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Komfort und Details gelegt wurde. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom großen Angebot an Spielen, das für jede Menge Spaß und Abwechslung sorgte, egal ob für Kinder oder Erwachsene. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet und die gesamte Atmosphäre sehr einladend. Die Nähe zu der Tramuntana ist super für viele Wanderungen ... Wir haben uns hier wieder sofort wohlgefühlt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

The Kimpton Hotel was truly magnificent!! It was so zen and relaxing with beautiful meals and calm surroundings. I have never experienced such an impressive spread at breakfast. The Asian and Mediterranean menus were superb. The waiting staff were polite and service was relaxed and prompt. The hotel was a little way out of Santa Ponsa but each time we asked for someone to arrange a taxi one of the bell boys took us instead. The room was excellent and cleaned twice daily with nice little touches such as a chocolate being left on our pillow at night. The gardens were very well maintained and full of herbs which were used in the meals prepared. The pool area was immaculate and no issues with sun beds at all. We used the adult only pool which was lovely and clean. There was also an indoor pool and spa with sauna, steam room and salt cave. My only slight criticism was the lack of water stations in communal areas. We only found one by the indoor pool. We did a painting class which was complimentary and such fun. It has even encouraged me to take up art again after many years! The staff could not do enough for us. Too many to name. I do have to mention Lisa who was such a wonderful young lady who we saw most evenings as she served wine to us at the complimentary wine tasting each evening. She looked after us so well and was so very professional and a credit to Kimpton. Also Junie and Lucy for their daily help and advice to me and my husband Alan. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The bell boys were also a credit to the hotel as were all the catering staff. The spa was also excellent and my husband and I enjoyed several massages during our stay. I fell asleep for 12 hours after mine ! The hotel manager was very friendly and professional and he should be proud of himself and his team. Thank you for our best holiday ever. We will be back !!

I go there often for work and the girls who work there always treat me very kindly. They are very quick and helpful. Any questions I have had, they have helped me resolve them very quickly. 10 out of 10!
