We have just come back from a lovely week at the Herbstzeit chalet in Leogang. Our chalet was beautifully laid out, with 2 full size double bed rooms and a 3rd smaller bed room with a bunk bed for kids. The kitchen was fully equipped with excellent quality pots/pans/kitchen knives which made preparing our own food very easy. We loved the fresh bread roll service in the morning (you leave your order with Frau Herbst the evening before) - what a treat! Coffee pods (if you run out) and some dairy products can be ordered in the same way if desired and the next supermarket isn't far either. The views from the chalet were lovely and the surrounding countryside offered plenty of opportunities to explore. Whilst we were there for a walking holiday, we met other guests who had brought their bikes and there is safe storage available if needed. Everything from booking to arrival was really straightforward and we felt very welcomed and looked after by the Herbst family. We would very much recommend the chalets to anybody and would like to thank the Herbst family for making our holiday so enjoyable - we will be back!
