Stayed here with my friend at the end of July and it was the best experience we could ever wish for. I was looking specifically for an antique style hotel and Antica dimora de Benci had truly exceeded all of my expectations. Both of our rooms and the common area were absolutely gorgeous and clearly composed with love and attention to detail, each room having its own character and charm. The location is amazing, it is indeed in the heart of the city. The service was excellent. Special thanks to Kira (I hope I spelled the name correctly), she was very attentive and professional. The breakfast was bountiful and very tasty. This place truly felt like home for us for a week and I can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay at the Conte Jacopo apartment with Dimora Italia Firenze! The apartment was perfect for our group of five—three comfortable bedrooms, plenty of space to relax, and everything was spotless when we arrived. It has so much character with its Florentine charm, but also all the modern comforts you’d hope for. The location was fantastic—right in the heart of Florence so we could walk everywhere, but still quiet enough at night to get a good rest. We especially loved having a fully equipped kitchen to enjoy coffee and breakfast together before heading out each day. The team was wonderful too—super friendly, quick to respond, and full of great local tips that really made our trip special. All in all, this apartment was the perfect base for our time in Florence. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Beautiful room and overall space. The woman who runs the desk was lovely and very helpful. Bed/pillows/bedding very comfortable! Would highly recommend. Pistachio croissants and kiwi at breakfast were delicious.
