I really do not understand why this appartment has a rate of only 4.9. It should be pure 5.0. The appartment is very nice, well maintained, very clean and well equipped. The position is top for exploring the city. Extremelly nice owner welcomed us in vicinity of appartment and hold a free parking spot for us to park. I am frequent traveller, but seldom experience such a nice owner and beatifull and clean appartment like this. Really wonderfull experience...

Contact with the management company via messenger is very good. They send a form before check-in which can be a bit of a hassle but you can get through it. The room with a terrace is small. It is about 10-12m2 together with a small bathroom. On the other hand, the terrace is two-level and very comfortable. Capsules for the coffee machine should be purchased at the Caulì Caffè Point coffee and coffee shop on via sant'antonio (price about 20 cents per piece) which is located about 300m from the apartment. Just give the name of the device. Apart from that, it is clean, a few cups and a small fridge. There are chairs, a table and a sun lounger on the terrace. We were there at the beginning of October, it was warm (about 28 degrees during the day and about 20 at night) so there was thermal comfort. Very close to the pubs on via roma, which, contrary to appearances, are not expensive and are cheaper than those in the historical part or on the street itself. Pizza can be had for as little as 5 euros (margarita) and for 10 euros we can get a delicacy with burrata etc. About 400m from the apartment there is a well-stocked discount store of the Italian chain MD (equivalent of Biedronka) with a good meat stand. Prices lower than in Lidl (or comparable). It is worth buying alcohol in MD because the prices are really good. The train station is a leisurely 15-minute walk away (less than a kilometre). The sea is about 100m in a straight line, but it is a terrace and there is no possibility of swimming, but there is a bar with delicious seafood sandwiches (prices from 5 to 10 euros)... about 600m is enough to get to the famous Lama Monachile beach and only 400m to the historical centre. The beach is terribly crowded in the summer and for swimming it is better to go to the Cala Paguro beach (about 400m further behind Lama Monachile), there are comfortable piers for sunbathing, although in the summer there are also a lot of people there. Apartment for undemanding people, rather active. The terrace really compensates for the size of the bedroom. If someone feels like it, in the evening they can organize a trip to the nearby roofs from the second floor... the views are really great. On the street where the apartment is located there are a lot of locals who are quite friendly towards tourists.
