A wonderful vacation! Many thanks to our host Leonardo! We stayed at Villa de Carlonis with ten people (4 adults, 6 children) and had a wonderful time! The five bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with every conceivable utensil. The outdoor pool was a constant draw for our children, and the large covered terrace in front invites you to linger longer. Overall, the villa and outdoor area are very clean and well-maintained. The hospitality and warmth of our host Leonardo and his lovely wife deserves special mention! ? We would happily recommend this accommodation without reservation!!! ?

On vacation with four families, 8 adults and 9 children, we were welcomed by Leo and his parents into a little oasis just for us. We had such a wonderful time that we barely left, and we only went to the beach twice in a week :). Highly recommended!

We spent two weeks at Villa Flavia in Filottrano. The villa is fantastic, and we lacked nothing. The property and the villa were very tidy and clean. It is fully fenced and has an electric gate. We particularly liked the large pool and the open-plan kitchen. With 14 people, the highlight in the kitchen was the water dispenser, which constantly provided ice-cold water (including sparkling water). The pool is perfect for children, although smaller children should wear water shoes. You can also swim laps in the pool (approx. 15 meters long). After about a week, caretaker Lucio surprised us with two new parasols. So, from now on, there are four parasols at the pool. The hot water boiler often shuts down when overloaded (6 showers), but it is immediately ready for use again at the push of a button. Smaller shops, such as an SI supermarket, and good restaurants, Beerstrot (burgers), Mac Max (pizza, burgers), and La Torre (fish takeaway), are located directly in Filottrano, about a 5-10 minute drive away. Larger supermarkets, such as Conad Superstore, are about 30 minutes away. A big thank you goes to the house sitter, Lucio, who was there to help us with any questions with his polite and discreet manner and often brought us something from his vegetable garden :)
