Bauernhöfe für Familien in Wittmund & Umgebung

We went pony riding there (visiting, not on vacation). It was a straightforward experience. Lovely ponies and friendly people. There's also a petting zoo. It's sure to be a blast for the kids if they're allowed to vacation here. It looks like adults can fulfill their childhood dreams and learn to ride, too. Totally relaxed & no pressure ?

We had a wonderful stay with the Ortgies family! A very nice area for children and dogs. The farm is a bit dated, but that didn't bother us. Quite the opposite; it's part of its charm. We'd love to come back.

We have been coming here for over 10 years. It's our annual escape from the world, to recharge the battery and just unwind. There is plenty to do in the area and even a nice day can be spent on the farm. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the dike and the sea (if it is there). It is beautifully located, hidden between old trees. Here you will find peace and quiet. The only stress you can experience is the stress you bring into it yourself. But nature quickly gets rid of it.
