Ich kann mich nur unseren Vormietern anschließen . Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit allen was man zum wohnen braucht und noch viel mehr . Dazu die zentrale Lage zum Einkaufscenterund zur Bushaltestelle . Das Auto wurde 7 Tage nicht bewegt . Ideal der Parkplatz hinterm Haus . Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber - Dank an Frau Böttcher und Sohn ! Auch Gaststätten sind in der Nähe und zum Strand läuft man durch die Flaniermeile . Also , in zwei Jahren gerne wieder .

We (two small families) felt very comfortable: We had the beautiful house with its lovely garden and many secluded corners all to ourselves and were able to truly relax away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts. The beautiful house is very individually furnished and truly lives up to its name; it's a truly lovely retreat, and we love coming back again and again. "The Beautiful House" is a very lovingly modernized holiday home that combines historic charm with modern amenities (3 brand-new bathrooms! Sauna! Underfloor heating!). The dreamy little village of Sellin is nestled in an enchanting landscape, surrounded by meadows, pastures, forest, and Lake Schmollensee (with a lovely little swimming area) – if you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you! The most beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea and the three imperial resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf, and Ahlbeck are just a few minutes away (by car) or can be easily reached by bike along a beautiful path along Lake Schmollensee. A real recommendation!

Toller Urlaub, aber einige Dinge waren nicht so toll, aber da die Vermieterin sich nicht äusserst würde ich diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen Aber man sollte Internet zusätzlich bezahlen obwohl WiFi free stand und dann hatte man nur 500mb. Im Garten war der Tisch kaputt, dreckiges Geschirr, kaputter Wäsche Ständer, den Schuppen wo man die Fahrräder hinstellen konnte musste man jedesmal die das Haus laufen.
