Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, absolut sauber, alles ist sehr hochwertig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft schön. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und d zum kochen ein.

The room is great! Nice and spacious, and everything you need is included (for showering, a kitchenette with cutlery, dishes, a coffee machine, kettle, coffee, tea, water, a dishwasher, and more). The bed is a bit hard for me, but I slept well. A nice feature if you book both rooms is that there's a connecting door. It's not insulated, so if both rooms are occupied, it can be a bit noisy. The shower is very nice. The location is easy to find. Contact with the landlord is done online. Parking is available. We arrived at a busy time and had to drive around a few times before finding a spot. A supermarket, steakhouse, and pizzeria (we unfortunately missed them because they were closed for the holidays) are nearby. Switch Holiday 312 is a highly recommended place to stay if you're in La Spezia!
