Ferienwohnungen in Alleinlage in Labin - Rabac

Wir waren 2 Familien mit jeweils 2/3 Kindern in dem Haus, hatten genügend Platz und durch die vielen Schlafzimmer auch eine entspannte Schlafaufteilung. Von Vorteil sind die zwei Waschmaschinen und die zwei Küchen und draußen sehr viele Sitzecken. Es ist ein charmantes altes großes Haus, gemütlich und dennoch mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht. Unvergesslich bleibt uns der Blick aufs dahinter angrenzende Blick aufs Lavendelfeld und dieser Duft. Außerdem wurde der Pool gerne und regelmäßig genutzt. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, ein Auto wird unbedingt benötigt. In der Nähe ist der Ort Labin und ein großes Einkaufszentrum. Wir hatten eine traumhafte und entspannte Woche in der Unterkunft und danken Berislav für den herzlichen Empfang ( Obst und Saft im Kühlschrank) und die gute Beratung. LG

This dream house completely exceeded all (high) expectations. It would be difficult to make another holiday as complete as this one. What an incredibly beautiful holiday home! Due to its very quiet location, you first have to drive through a few small villages from Labin. The last stretch is on a gravel road, which already creates a sense of adventure. This makes it even more special that you truly have this place to yourself. The bedrooms all have their own en-suite bathrooms and are beautifully furnished. The kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped. There is also a living/dining room with a separate toilet and laundry room. The beautiful garden, with several lovely covered seating areas, was clearly our favorite spot. We used the spacious swimming pool daily, and we relaxed around it until the wee hours, enjoying the view of the hills and the setting sun. If it gets a bit chilly, you can always dine and chat in the garden house. This garden house also has a kitchen with a stovetop, fridge/freezer, and an open barbecue. The sliding doors, whether open or closed, still give you the feeling of being in the garden. Everything has been thought of in this beautifully decorated house, from fully equipped bedrooms and kitchens to the garden. From covered parking to a ping-pong table, from very comfortable beanbag chairs to even the smallest essentials in the kitchen drawer. Owner Sandra has truly thought of everything. We also found our contact with her very pleasant. There's plenty to do in the surrounding area. Pula in southern Istria is an hour's drive away. The sea is always nearby. Even a day trip to Italy or Slovenia is possible. Good restaurants and supermarkets are also plentiful within a 15-minute drive. In short, we would definitely return here again. Big surprise, Very nicely renovated, everything was arranged, when we booked there were still old pictures, a completely different story. Top location, the view is very beautiful, child friendly and safe. If you need a peaceful holiday, we recommend it.
