Warm Istrian sun and crystal clear sky just a few kilometers from the beach! The garden is private, fenced and safe for children. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. A beautiful covered garden is located right above the pool and a large BBQ is for your exclusive use. The garden also has a trampoline and a swing. The interior is new, spacious and luxurious! A huge, comfortable sofa is located in the large living room. Air-conditioned, clean and beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and modernly decorated. There are two bedrooms and it is possible to put an extra inflatable mattress for 2 people. All rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the ground floor! Wi-Fi is available. The nearest beach is only 8 km from the house. Shops, restaurants and shops can be reached in 15 minutes. Parking is provided in front of the house!
