What can I say except - wow! This place is simply stunning. We only stayed for one night, but we were so impressed. The location is absolutely incredible, with direct views over Mont Ventoux and the vineyards below. The swimming pool overlooking this view is amazing. There are also lots of lovely places to sit and admire the views or relax with a drink. We didn't use the honesty bar, but I really like the concept. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a lovely terrace to relax on. Breakfast was also really good. For dinner, I recommend walking down to l'Auberge Provencale down the road.
The staff were really friendly and not intrusive at all. This hotel is a very special place to stay. If you are looking for somewhere unforgettable, then this is it!
