This is a lovely find, the staff were pleasant. Close to the beach and comfortable.
They have a good breakfast that keeps you going through the morning, although some variety would be good. The supermarket is a short stroll away.
If I were to make a suggestion, they could offer lunch to guests. This is because the lunch options locally aren’t easy to find and the B&B had a pool so it makes sense. Some maintenance is also required around the property, but it is in good condition.
We found this B&B on booking.com. The main criteria was to be near a beach and have easy transport access.
There is a local pebble beach nearby, but arrive early as it gets busy very quickly, and take a picnic!
Access into Palermo city or to Mondello is easy on the bus. However, if you don’t love Mondello then there are other beaches on route, rocks and pebbles but far less hectic.

The B&B is very nice, unfortunately it was in a slightly different place than expected and described.
Service is good and friendly staff. Breakfast is not special but okay. The coffee is delicious.
Smoking is allowed in certain 'card' rooms in the B&B. You can smell this in the common areas, fortunately not in the room.
Parking is in an alley at the B&B at the back, how to get there was special because of an alley with abandoned buildings, it looked like a garbage dump, mattresses and other types of waste/broken items were everywhere.
The room itself looks neat. Air conditioning works well, bathroom is fine and space is sufficient.
The sea is indeed visible, but just as much of a garbage dump as in the neighborhood around the B&B.
Our contact was mainly with Antonio, a sweet social man who takes good care of his guests.
A car is recommended if you stay at this B&B and really want to go into the center because public transport only runs until 8/9 pm.
