My apartment in the terraced house was cozy and clean. The building has a swimming pool and a sauna. The floors are accessible by elevator, and it's always clean. I also really liked the garage attached to the apartment. I even had my own beach chair at my disposal.

We spent a completely successful short holiday in the holiday apartment in the terrace house in Duhnen. The apartment itself is very modern and tastefully furnished, with a kitchen that is perfectly equipped - everything you need for a relaxing stay. The beds are extremely comfortable and the two televisions (one each in the living room and one in the bedroom) provide additional comfort. The cleanliness of the apartment is particularly noteworthy.
Although the apartment is on the 5th floor, the balcony offers a subtle sea view - but only if the trees in front of it have no leaves. If you want to enjoy unrestricted sea views, you should choose a higher floor. In addition, we were able to use the beautiful, clean and newly renovated swimming pool and sauna every day, which are open from early in the morning to late in the evening (except Tuesdays).
The house itself impresses with its clever architectural design, although visually it reflects more of the charm of the 70s. However, it is in excellent condition and very clean both inside and out. A garage space was part of the apartment - although a bit tight if you are traveling with a vehicle over the size of a small car. The location of the house is very central: to get to the beach you just have to cross the street and the dike, and there is a nice playground directly opposite.
A special thank you goes to Ms. Djurka, the landlady and caretaker, who gave us a warm welcome and provided us with all the important information - she was also very friendly when we said goodbye. Overall, our stay was absolutely wonderful and there were no complaints whatsoever.
We can fully recommend the holiday apartment in the terrace house in Duhnen and would be happy to come back at any time!
