Fantastic! We stayed in house number 131 at this park, owned and rented by the manager of the holiday village. The house has recently been thoroughly renovated and is fully equipped. Almost like home. Very comfortable beds, a very complete inventory, and a beautiful, peaceful garden.
The park is privately owned, where the vast majority of the 200-odd houses are privately occupied. This creates a diverse environment. Some houses have received more attention than others in recent years, but the park as a whole (jointly owned by all owners, perhaps?) is spotlessly clean!
There is a tennis court, a well-maintained swimming pool, a miniature golf course, and a playground. The park dates back to the early 1970s, and that's reflected in some places, but nothing is lacking.
We were there for ten days in early August and enjoyed the peace and quiet.
Within walking distance is Lake Freilinger See, where you can easily spend entire days relaxing. Swimming, paddleboarding, picnicking, and buying snacks and drinks at very reasonable prices from the snack cart. Totally German. No fuss, no nuisance, no JBL speakers, just families, groups of friends, and families giving each other space and peace.
The "downside" of the location in general (especially because we're used to flat terrain and straight roads) is that any outing within a reasonable distance requires a considerable travel time. We're constantly being surprised.

Of course. Absolute peace and quiet. Endless stars at night... These are just rooftop houses, so it's like a vacation rental. Swimming pool, tennis court, and mini golf are all included. The pool is open from April to September and is not heated.
